PTI and Happy Little Stampers Christmas card

Hello everyone and welcome to another challenge over at Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge.

This time we have a tic tac toe challenge and here is the grid to use

You can use any line in the grid, but I went for the central vertical line which meant I would use a die cut, a sentiment and the colour green, to come up with this card

I knew I wanted to use the mistletoe from the Papertrey Ink Merry Kiss-mas stamp and die set so I die cut and stamped three little boughs, along with the red bow  ( mustn't get my bows and boughs mixed up!). I also wanted to use a new but unused die that I must confess has been sitting in my stash for more than a year - the PTI Coverplate Deco die. I cut this in white and green and then enjoyed mixing up the frames until I had a pleasing look, and then glued it to the base card, before stamping the sentiment from Happy Little Stampers Mixed Christmas Sentiments stamp set

Finally, I arranged the mistletoe on the frame with the bottom two boughs being glued flat and the top one being shaped a bit for some dimension, Adding the bow and some glitter on the berries finished it off, and as a bonus I still have another frame cut ready for another card!

and the winner will receive a $15 discount from the HLS store.

We have the lovely Ksenija joining us as a Guest Designer this month so I hope you welcome her and leave her some love.

Why notl jump over to the Happy Little Stampers blog to see what my talented team mates have to inspire you, and then join in with us this month. We may seem a bit crazy to be making Christmas cards so early but we will have big grins on our faces come December!

Thanks for stopping by

This is gorgeous. The color, the stamp, the die cuts...and now that you've used your new frame die, I bet you'll be using it more often after seeing how fabulous it looks with the layers and how you did them. This is stunning looking. This is totally fabulous and your stamped red bow and then die cut...OMGosh that's perfect on this card. Thanks for joining us at Christmas at Sweet Stampin' for our BOWS challenge. I think I'm going to have a look up and buy this frame set. Hugs, Gail
