Concord & 9th Christmas Crackers card

Hello everyone, and welcome to the latest challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. This round, we’re focusing on Christmas creations. It may feel a long way off, but that’s exactly why it’s the perfect moment to get ahead and let your festive card pile grow at a gentle, stress‑free pace.

For this design, I reached for my NBUS Concord & 9th Christmas Cracker dies and created a small cluster of crackers to feature on the shaped card front. I added snowflake and bow accents for a touch of seasonal detail and chose a coordinated palette using Papertrey Ink colours. The card shape itself was cut with a Bright Rosa die, and the sentiment comes from Kristina Werner.

Kristina Werner Flower Field birthday card

Hello everyone, and welcome to the new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More.

This time, we invite you to break out your dies and/or stencils to make a project you'd like to share with us.

I used some new goodies from Kristina Wener

I stamped the Flower Field stamp and then used the accompanying stencils to colour in. I cut the image with a circle die and matted it onto a larger circle that I coloured with the same pink ink used on some of the flowers.
The sentiments were die cut using KW Big Birthday dies. I placed everything on a 6x6 basecard to finish off.

I'm finding that I like using stencils to colour for a quick finish, but I also like taking the time to colour images from scratch, too. I must try colouring this image with another medium, but I'm finding it more difficult to hand-colour these days as my eyes aren't what they were!

My Favorite Things Elf Christmas card and Kristiner Werner Easy Repeat Holly Background Christmas card

Hello everyone, and welcome to another challenge at ABC Christmas Challenges. I am hosting this time, and I have this gift for the randomly chosen winner, so I hope you will join us.

This time we have 3 themes

E is for Elf,
F is for Foliage,
and
 G is for Gems

This is my E is for Elf card

I used a mix of materials from MY Favorite Things, The Greetery, Penny Black and Papertrey Ink to create a cosy fireplace scene.

F is for Foliage

For this card I used the Kristina Werner Repeat Holly Background stencils to create the background and cut it with dies from my neglected MFT Blueprints 18 set. The sentiment is from the Waffle Flower Oversized Joy set.

You'll find lots of inspiration over on the ABC Christmas Challenges blog, and you can add your entry over there.

The Greetery Shortbread Shapes Snowflakes Christmas card

Hello friends, and welcome back to another ATSM Challenge. This time, we have a Christmas theme, and it's a good opportunity to add to your stash for Christmas 2026.

I came up with this card:-

I used some new dies from The Greetery called Shortbread Shapes Snowflakes. I love the pretty embossing, and simply moved the central star shape by one turn, and backed it with some red card. The sentiment is from Kristina Werner, and everything was placed on a 5 x 7-inch base card.

At this point, I thought it looked a bit sparse, so I added red dots in the centre of each snowflake and called it done.

The design team has some great inspiration over on the ATSM blog, and I know they would love to have you visit.

Kristine Werner Poinsettia Christmas card

Hello everyone, and welcome back to ABC Christmas Challenges.

Our themes this month are

C for Crimson
and/or
D for Ding Dong Bells

Our lovely Lynda is hosting this time, and she has a present for the lucky winner.

This is my C is for Crimson card

I used the Kristina Werner Winter Greenery Background stamp, which I coloured with the accompanying stencils before die cutting. I placed it on a 6inch square card and added a die-cut sentiment. To finish off, I added some glitter to the poinsettia centres, but it doesn't really show in the photo.

The team has some great inspiration over on the ABC Challenges blog, and an entry can be made there, too.

I hope wherever you are, the weather is being kind to you. We have been having wet weather most days with dull grey skies and a chilly wind. I know it could be worse, and it is still winter, but I long for some sunshine to brighten up February.

Anyway, I'm off to play at (but I'm taking my umbrella)

Penny Black Floral Vines Birthday card

Hello everyone, and welcome to a new challenge at

This time we have a birthday challenge and I came up with this 5 x 7 card:-

I began by cutting a rectangular aperture from card to use as a stencil for inking the lilac background. I next added some stamping using Kristina Werner Splatter stamps. The flowers (from Penny Black Floral Vines Frames) were stamped onto watercolour paper and coloured with watercolours before being die cut. The sentiment was in my bits box, and I coloured it with green ink and then added some sparkle pen. To finish off, I added the frame, which was cut using my neglected Waffle Flower Lacy Layers dies.

Concord &9th Heartfelt Blossoms thinking of you card

Hello everyone, and welcome to the new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More.

For this card, I used my NBUS Concord & 9th stamp and die set called Heartfelt Blossoms, which I have overlooked for too long. I stamped the image and watercoloured the flowers, but used a fineliner to colour in the green frame. The die cuts out the centre to create a frame, and I stacked this a couple of times to give some dimension. The sentiment is also from the set. I first used a white background, but it looked rather stark, so I used my new Kristina Werner Splatter Texture Stamps in both colours to add some interest. I like how thinking of you cards can be used for several occasions, depending on what is put inside.

The bedroom is finally finished, and we're putting things back in there. We're having quite the tussle with me wanting to dispose of lots of 'stuff' and my husband wanting to hold onto everything!

Kristiner Werner Merry Trees Christmas card

Hello everyone and welcome to the latest challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More.

We are looking for your Christmas designs this time round, and I came up with this one.

I used the Christmas release from Kristine Werner and actually made a batch of these that were sent out in December.
Simple graduated stencilling on the trees before stamping and embossing the white details. The die-cut sentiment was simply cut in red and white, and I added the 'BE' from another sentiment stamp set in my stash.

You'll find lots of inspiration on the ATSM blog and I hope you will join us this time.

Kristina Werner and Lisa Horton monochrome balloon birthday card

Hello everyone and welcome to the year's final challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More.

We all need lots of birthday cards throughout the year so this is a good time to add to your stash for 2025. I came up with this monochrome card with a larger format of 5.75 by 8.25 inches.

I started off with a mat made with a Lisa Horton Bubble Rectangle die which I cut from teal card. I added 3 balloons stamped and die-cut from an old Crafter's Companion stamp and die set called Balloon Sentiments.

The birthday sentiment was made with my new Kristina Werner Happy Birthday Word stamps and dies and I added this along the bottom of the mat and put the sub sentiment on the balloon ties.

My talented DT mates have lots of inspiration for you over on the ATSM blog and it would be great if you could join us this time.

I'd like to play along at
