Hello everyone and welcome to another challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. We've been having lots of sunny weather here recently and the garden has sprung into life with something new and beautiful to look at each day. I love this time of year - so much hope and promise to counter some of the horror going on in the world.
Its time for our birthday theme and I came up with this card that I made for my daughter's recent significant birthday:-
I began by inking a piece of card using Crafter's Companion sparkle pens to get a blue gradient for my background, and then cut it with a die from Waffle Flowers 5x7 inch Lacy Layers die set. I cut out the letters from the MFT Big birthday wishes die in a blue glitter card and stacked the top and bottom words to add some dimension.
The little images are from a very old stamp set from Inkadinkado called Hi Cupcake, and I stamped, coloured and fussy cut them before adding them to the card. I finished off by adding some glaze pen here and there to the images.
Nancy is our Guest Designer this month and you can see her lovely card, along with lots of inspiration for my talented Teamies over on the ATSM blog.
I'd like to play along at
I hope you are doing well in your corner of the world and I really appreciate you stopping by.
Hugs
