Happy Little Stampers Second Release Blog Hop

Hello everyone, and welcome to the second Happy Little Stampers Blog Hop to celebrate the new release of Kylie's gorgeous stamps. Once again there will be prizes, and one lucky winner will receive a $50 gift certificate for the Happy Little Stamper's Store!!!!

My first card uses the new Thinking of You stamp set

I kept this CAS in design and stamped the script stamp in Aqua Mist ink before die cutting a panel, inking the edges and matting it onto a darker panel. The sentiment and scrolls were then stamped over the script in black Versafine ink. The butterflies were stamped and embossed onto teal card, and I then fussy cut and shaped them before adding them to the panel with some dimensional glue. I finally coated the butterflies in WOS glitter, mounted the panel on foam tape and rounded the corners of the base card.

Next up I used a mixture of Mix Mash and Everyday Sentiments

I took the large chevron stamp and used selective inking to create a cheery little strip which I matted with pink card and placed on an angled panel. The sentiment was stamped in the same colours along the same angle.

Finally, I cut thin strips of pink card and overlaid them on the card.

My last card used the Mix Mash set again.

This time I used the sunbursty (sorry Kylie, I couldn't think of a better name for it lol!) stamp from the set and stamped it in lots of different colours on a panel of card. I then filled in the spaces with different sized dots in the same colours. I then die cut the panel with a curved die and also cut some green card with the same die.

Then it was simply a matter of curving the sentiment stamp on my block to follow the curvy line and then raising the panels on foam tape around it. I added some fine glitter to the centres of the sunbursts to finish it off.
