Papertrey Ink and Happy Little Stampers Christmas card

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge of the year, where the theme is Jingle

I know it may seem early to start on next year's Christmas cards, but I bet your holiday stamps are still close at hand, and if you had a last minute panic to get all your cards ready this Christmas, it will feel great to get a head start on next year. I came up with this card:-

I used the Papertrey Ink Bells and Boughs stamps and dies to create the bells, bows and pine sprigs, and I then coloured them with Copic markers and glitter.

I used a piece of Lawn Fawn 'Let's Bokeh in the Snow' paper as the background and layered on a panel that I made with a couple of scallop dies and a stitched rectangle from the MFT Blueprints 23 die set. The HLS sentiment came from the Mixed Christmas Messages set and I stamped that with green ink before embossing it with clear powder.

We have a wonderful Guest Designer with us this month. Sarah from Funky Fossil Designs. Please make her feel welcome!

and the winner will receive a stamp set from HLS

Well that is card number one stashed away for next Christmas and I hope you will join us over at the Happy Little Stamper's blog to see some great inspiration from the rest of the team. You will have a month to post your card and you can enter as many times as you like with different cards to be in with a better chance of winning the prize.

I'd like to play along with

Thanks for stopping by,

Hugs

LOVE your design Carol. The background papers are so pretty and against that large white space, everything pops off the page. So fresh and pretty with your coloured bells and added sparkle! xx

What a fabulous festive card, Carol ... those shimmery bells really pop against the crisp white ... which is brilliant against the bokeh red! Lovely! Anita :)

Love the snowy background, and it looks super with the scallop of the border treatment. The 'jingle bells' are perfectly placed in pairs, and the icy glitter trim really shines. Very pretty design layout, and great card to start your 2016 Stash. TFS & Happy New Year.
