Papertrey Ink and Simon Says Stamp Sending hugs card

 Hello everyone and welcome to the new challenge over at Simply Create Too, where we are asking you to use only the colour green!

I used my NBUS Papertrey Ink Meadow Greens stamp set to stamp the flowers and leaves in PTI new leaf and spring moss ink, and then stamped the greeting from Simon Says Stamp Sending and Wishing.
Once everything was dry I used the PTI Linen Impression plate on the panel to add a little texture.

Next, I took a piece of card and stamped the stripes with a stamp from the PTI Candy Cane set and glued it to the flower panel before adding a very thin strip of spring moss card to give a bit of definition.

 I die cut the SSS 'Sending' sentiment from new leaf and spring moss card before layering them to give a slight shadow effect, and fixed the word above the stamped sentiment, before gluing the panel to the base card with some fun foam. To finish off, I coated the flowers with some WOS glitter brush which gives a nice sheen IRL but doesn't show up well on the photos.

I love a monochrome look and I can't wait to see what you will come up with. I wonder if I might see a shamrock or two as St Patrick's Day is coming soon! Why not pop over to the Simply Create Too blog to see some inspiration from the team.
