Papertrey Ink Tulip Time Birthday card

Hello everyone and welcome to Happy Little Stampers April Case the Designer Challenge

This month we have to thank Joyce for a fabulous design to case. 

I love the way Joyce has her flower and leaves going over both the panel and background, and I chose to CASE this aspect but reverse it with having the panel recessed in a frame.

I used the gorgeous Tulip Time stamps from Papertrey Ink, and stamped them twice, along with a sentiment from the same set. Once the ink was dry I cut a square with a stitched die from L'il Inkers, and then a smaller square from the centre.

The assembly was just layering up the frame and base panel so that the image and sentiment lined up and I popped the frame up on foam tape.
