Hello everyone and welcome to another Christmas challenge at Happy Little Stampers, and this time our optional twist is 'stars'
Our winner for this challenge will receive a $20 coupon to spend at the shop! Check out all the details HERE.
Here is the clean and simple card I made that would be easy to reproduce and is flat for posting.
2) Place the star on a larger sheet of card and spray it with Ocean Sunlight Cosmic Shimmer Mist. Once it is dry, remove the star and you can use the negative star for another card or tag.
3) Die cut a stitched scalloped rectangle and glue the star to the centre, then stamp the sentiment from Papertrey Ink Think Big Favorites#21 stamp set in navy ink so it goes over part of the star point.
4) Finish off by gluing the panel onto a navy card mat and then onto the base card.
I wasn't able to capture the shimmer on the star in my photographs but it looks really pretty IRL!
I hope your Christmas stash of cards is growing, and you can get lots of inspiration for your next one over on the blog.

Simple. Gorgeous! I love that star die cut, and I love the effect of the spray. It looks fantastic on the scalloped and stitched panel. Classy and beautiful.
A beautiful and very elegant Christmas card. You very cleverly used the star to create a background for the next card. Very beautiful inspiration.

Beautiful card, it would be perfect for batch making!
This is lovely in its CASness, Carol, and I can't wait to see what you do with the negative/positive parts you ended up with. Three for the effort is great in my book.
