I have signed up for the Online Card class Holiday Card Workshop and the first lesson was yesterday when we were asked to think about the inside of the card as well as the outside. I loved the card Kristina showed us with the embossing and I came up with this card.
I added 2 strips of washi tape, stamped and die cut the tree before adding some sparkle, and then matted it on to Blueberry Sky card before placing it on the card front.
I then moved to the inside of the card, and stamped a snowy background before stamping the focal point word on top.
I chose a sentiment for the inside to carry on the one on the front to emphasize a winter theme. A couple of strips of green card finished it off.
I'd like to enter this into C is for Challenge this week where the theme is 'winter', and the Creative Romance challenge which is 'winter blues'.
Thanks for stopping by
