Holly Jolly Christmas challenge 'reason for the season'

Hello everyone, and welcome to another challenge over at the Holly Jolly Christmas challenge

Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge

This time we are sponsored by The Stamping Boutique and the theme is the Reason for the Season. I came up with this card

I stamped my image, coloured it with Copics and added some shine with Wink of Stella glitter brush to the wings and dress sleeve. I grounded the figure, chalked round the edges, and mounted it onto a base which I embossed with a L'il Inkers Stitched Rectangle die.I took some time with the sentiment - searching through all my stamps until I could find the word 'choose' to add to the Peace on Earth. For me, that is the reason for the season - that we can all 'choose' a peaceful path, and that unless we do so, the world will continue to be a scary place for so many vulnerable people.

I'd like to enter this into the

Thanks for stopping by and why not pop over to the Holly Jolly Christmas blog to see what my talented teamies have produced and join in with our challenge.

Hugs

Such a clean and simple card but one that packs a powerful feeling and message. The image you chose is precious and the perfect accompaniment to that sentiment. You hit the nail on the head: unless we choose to walk a peaceful path, the most vulnerable of our society don't stand much of a chance. Hopefully, your card and post will help to influence others to make the peaceful choice.

Thank you so much for joining us once again over on the Path of Positivity. May you always experience the incredible feeling that peace has to offer.
