Hello everyone, and welcome to the last challenge before Christmas over at Simply Create Too. This time Diane has asked us to think Snow, Snow, Snow/Use White, and I came up with this card
I used My Silhouette Cameo to cut the frame, stars and sentiment, and then cut it again so I could snip out some additional stars and the sentiment with my scissors. I cut a panel and stamped an old Halloween tree on it with Versamark Ink then added some snowy acetate over it before placing the frame on top so the acetate was sandwiched between the two. I then added glitter to the extra shapes and decoupaged them onto the frame to give it a little more dimension. I used a corner rounder on the panel and then added it to the base card with some foam squares to finish it off. I had thought of making it into a shaker card but the frame was quite narrow, so I thought I would leave it plain.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend. Why not pop over to the Simply Create Too blog and join in with us this time.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges
ABC Christmas Challenge - W is for all white
City Crafter - one word sentiment.
Cute Card Thursday - stars
Divas by Design challenge - snow
