Hello and welcome. I'm still shocked and very saddened by the results of our referendum here in the UK, and trying hard to accept that in a democracy we have to abide by the decisions of the majority, albeit a very small majority! So, in the way we crafters have of dealing with an unpleasant reality, I took my mind off it by disappearing into the craft room to create a card for today's Papertrey Ink Blog Hop.
and I was inspired by the layered flowers and colours to come up with this card:-
I pulled out the Color Pop Florals set and used one of the stencils and ink to make the flower backgrounds before cutting them out with the accompanying dies. I then stamped and embossed the flower centres and arranged them on the card with some leaves cut with MFT dies.
I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
I'd like to play along with
The Alphabet Challenge - ink it up
If You Give a Crafter a Cookie challenge - I was inspired by the flowers
Stampin Royalty - make a project with dies.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs

Carol this came out great I love all your flowers,
Love your pretty pastel flowers and rainbow sentiment! I also love how you clustered your flowers at the top instead...I normally just cluster around the bottom. Great inspiring card! Thanks for sharing!
Your flowers and blended sentiment are so pretty! Lovely, lovely card Carol! :0)
Such a pretty interpretation of the inspiration photo! Lovely card.
Oh this is really stunning Carol...your flowers are so soft looking because of the stencil you used! This is a really awesome card...also love your blended colors on the sentiment!!
This is a beautiful and soft card design. The layered flowers are fantabulous! So luscious and reminds me of cotton candy. Awesome sauce colors on the sentiment. So glad you were able to get away for a minute and create during this tumultuous time in the UK. Hopefully there will be a re-vote. ~Niki

Carol, I'm going to Pin your card because I think it's gorgeous with the blended sentiment and colorful arrangement. Colors would also make a beautiful sympathy card.
