and this time we were given this inspiration photo
I came up with this Christmas card, taking inspiration from the black and white colours, the twine and the green sprigs.
I began by cutting and stamping 2 sprigs of mistletoe using the Merry Kiss-mas stamp and die set. I gently shaped the leaves and used Nuvo drops on the berries. Then I layered up some black and white card and stamped and embossed one of the sentiments from the Bells and Boughs stamp set.

I tied some twine around the panel before adhering it to the base card, and then arranged the mistletoe down the centre of the card. I thought I was done but the right top corner needed something to balance everything, so I selectively inked and stamped the airmail envelope stamp from SSS Envelope Sentiments.
I always enjoy seeing how other people interpret the inspiration photo, so I'm going to settle down later and hop to my hearts content!
