Hello everyone and welcome to a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More.
I used a stitched hexagon from Card Making Magic for the background and opened up my new Rainbow Stitches and Strings dies from Concord and 9th. I cut the rainbow from a few scraps of Crafter's Companion papers languishing in my stash and arranged them on the card. I decided to use a CC cloud die and after I cut it, I turned the die over and went around the edge with an embossing tool to give a little depth and dimension.
The sentiment from Pretty Pink Posh was cut three times and stacked, and to finish off, I scattered a sprinkle of stars around everything.
I can't wait to see which occasion you will choose to make a card for. It's an ideal opportunity to see where you have gaps in your card supply!
We are still waiting for the roof to be finished off (there is a shortage of building supplies because of Covid and Brexit) because we are waiting for end ridge tiles to come into stock. They tell us that they will finish everything off in a day once they have the tiles but they have been off-site for more than a week now. At least it has been quiet but it would be good to get the outside cleaned up!
I'd like to play along at
Thanks for stopping by.

First off your card is adorable! One of the sweetest ever baby cards with the rainbow and the little stars and heart.
As for your roof, well we had a problem with our (very expensive) resin driveway... After mush debate the company said it had to be re-laid. Then of course came covid and 18 months later we are still waiting for them to source the resin... It seems to be a great excuse or a great disappointment. Fingers crossed for you.
Such a sweet card for a new baby, Carol! The rainbow has such a modern vibe and the colors are great, too. Thank you for playing along with us at Double Trouble #88.

It's crazy at how much this virus has effected everything. I hope your roof is finished soon my friend! Hugs Brenda

Such a sweet, immensely pretty card. It's been a small eon since anyone close to me/us had a baby. Thus, I've not made any cards on this theme in ages. Your beautiful example here has me thinking I should just whip one up to have on hand for the next time a new little bundle of joy does come along.
