Hello again,
I hope you are having an excellent weekend. We have been looking around the garden in amazement at all the plants that seem to have shot up overnight. Everything looked bare for so long this spring but nature has has fought back and the garden is looking great thanks to my husband's tender care.
I have spent some time crafting and have made this engagement card for the daughter of some good friends of ours.
I really enjoyed doing some stitching on the card and am making a mental note to get the sewing machine out and try experimenting with some machine sewing. Crikey, that will take me out of my comfort zone!
I also decided to make another card for the Passion for Papertrey challenge. The theme this time was friendship so I got out the Piece of Cake stamps because there is nothing better than sharing a chat and some cake with a good friend.
I used:- Versacraft Chocolate Ink and ColorBox Orchid Pigment Ink.
- PTI stamps from the Piece of Cake and Life stamp sets.
Gems coloured with Promarker and brads from my stash.
Thats all for now. Please feel free to leave a comment.
