Cricut/PTI miss you card

Hello there,

Aren't we the lucky ones to have had several days of continuous sunshine. The sun definitely cheers me up but for some reason I've had the song "Aint no sunshine when you're gone" running through my head for days. It occurred to me that it would be a good addition to a "Miss You" card so I made the card below for the Passion for Papertrey challenge. The theme this time was colour so I used the theme of blue sky and sunshine which is always a favourite with me. I cut the sun shape from the Cricut Wild Card cartridge and coloured white ribbon with a Copic marker.

Materials
Papertrey spring rain and orange card, polka dot basics and vintage picnic sentiments stamps.Making Memories baby blue yarn. Versamark ink and Color Box tangerine chalk ink.

This colour combo makes me happy too! Nothing like blue skies and the sun to cheer us up, though today it's mainly rain here!
I love how the sun overlaps the card - provides a fab focal point!
Thanks so much for joining in with our challenge!
Hugs,
Aimes
