Papertrey Ink Special day card

Hello everyone,

Its Day 8 of the Summer Card Camp and for homework today I am making another card with the suggested colours and sketch 3. I took inspiration from the card Julie showed us and I punched one hole in the card and put patterned paper behind it before punching out a set of different sizes of circles and patterns. I die cut and stamped a butterfly, made a little tag for the sentiment, and wrapped some ribbon round for added interest.

I placed the panel on a mat and added a few little pearls to finish it off. I'm really enjoying this class and spending some time back in the craft room.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs
Carol x

Trying to catch up with my blog list Carol! The card camp sounds a really fun thing to do - and you don't even have to leave home!! Excellent card - love that cut-out effect.
