Summer Card Camp birthday card

Hello everyone,

I'm so sad that we've reached the final day of the summer card camp. The time has passed so quickly but I'm quite proud of myself that I managed to make a card for all but one of the days as we went along rather than still having a lot of the class to catch up with. We were given a lot of new colour schemes today and I chose to use the last one, with shades of lilac, blue, orange and green. I really enjoyed the trifold card from earlier in the class so I decided to make another but this time I made the flap on the opposite side and used an edger die to fancy things up a little. I used a flower stamp and die and used copics to colour the flower and then used a versamarkd pen and clear embossing powder to give hints of shine and texture. I found it difficult to capture this on camera but you can get a little idea from this photo, although it is a little shinier in real life.

I adapted little tag die to make a very tiny tag to tie onto the flowers and shaped the flowers to give some dimension. I stamped a background stamp on the little flap and added a few little gems to bling it up a bit,

but again it has not shown very well in the photo.
