Papertrey Ink birthday card

Blog-hop-logo

Hello everyone,

Today is the day of the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop, and this month we were given a colourful inspiration photo

Blog Hop Inspiration

and I came up with this card

I took lots of colours from the inspiration photo and repeat stamped the arrows from the 'noted' set to create a panel of arrows pointing to the greeting. I wanted to keep it bold and colourful so I chose the hibiscus burst card for the background and added the happy banner from the one liner dies so I could add several colours of letters in the greeting. The birthday die from Clearly Besotted was stacked three times to add some dimension and I placed the whole panel onto a scallop shaped card to finish it off. I think we are going to be treated to lots of colourful cards today so do pop over to the Papertrey Ink blog to see them and don't forget your sunglasses!

I'd like to play along with

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the hop.

This is so very colorful and cheerful. I just love your arrows pointing to the sentiment and how you have filled in the 'happy' with more color.
