Hello everyone,
It's time for another challenge over at Simply Create Too
and this time the theme is Give Thanks. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in the UK so I decided to make a thank you card.
I started off by smooshing a couple of inks together to make a background
and used this to die cut some My Favorite Things Scribble Roses. I coated these with WOS and also cut and stamped some leaves to go with them. I then stamped a background using the Impression Obsession Thin Stripes stamp to get a distressed look, and die cut it with a stitched square die.
I stamped the sentiment from W Plus 9 Hand Lettered Thanks stamp set and matted the panel onto some teal card before raising it onto the scalloped base card with some fun foam. I finally arranged the roses in a corner and added some sequins to finish it off.

Love the colour you "smooshed" with Carol, it reminds me of summer as a lot of my clothes are in that colour spectrum!! A really lovely design and the sequins add a lovely touch xx
