Papertrey Ink star Christmas card

Hello everyone and welcome to the last Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge  before Christmas, and this time the theme is

I came up  with this card using a cream/gold/burgundy colour scheme and Papertrey Ink dies

I die cut a star aperture from a panel of cream cardstock, stamped the Christmas (from Happy Little Stampers Everyday Sentiments) using PTI Scarlet Jewel ink and then embossed the panel with the Canvas Impression plate, also from PTI. I raised the panel with some foam tape and attached it to the base card before die cutting another star from embossed gold card to add some Christmas bling, and gluing it to the base through the star aperture. Next came a die cut 'merry which I coated with WOS glitter pen and stuck over the aperture at a little angle. To finish it off I added some gold dots and snowflakes, along with a couple of strips of the gold card along the sides.
