Hello everyone and I hope your Monday is the start of a great week. We have just had a beautiful sunny day and it reminded me that I haven't yet shared the rest of the sunshine package I sent to my daughter a little while back. I started by making a sunny card, which I cut out on my Silhouette Cameo and stamped with the WPlus 9 Sending Sunshine stamps. The little picture above shows the inside of the card.
In addition to the canvas on the previous post, I added lots of little yellow gifts I collected that would bring a smile, and I wrapped them in yellow tissue paper.
My daughter is a hard working teacher, and the parcel arrived at the end of a rough week at school so I know it really cheered her, and I thoroughly enjoyed making it up. Do you know someone who needs a box of sunshine?
Thanks for stopping by
Hugs

Oh what a lovely mum you are!! I bet your daughter was thrilled with her yellow sunshine parcel...and the card..wow! brilliant in every way!guaranteed to cheer you that one!
This is such a lovely thing to do Carol and I bet it was much appreciated. Our youngest Son's Girlfriend is a Teacher and the hours she works is shocking. Every weekend taken over by assessments and planning...they are worth their weight in gold xx
So thoughtful Carol! I bet it caused a great big smile! A wonderful idea! Have a lovely day! Hazel xx

What a fun idea Carol and what a great way to boost someone's day or week!! I love your card, it is so bright and fun and oh so cheerful. Yep, I bet this made your daughter feel so loved and cheered her up! Hugs, Brenda
What an awesome mother you are, Carol! I've heard of these parcels of sunshine before and think the idea is fabulous! I used to send boxes to my son at college, but never a box of sunshine, alas. I do have a few friends who could use one, however, so thank you for the reminder and the beautiful card inspiration!! Enjoy your day! Hugs, Darnell
What a happy package! Your DD will be so excited to get this!
This is so special Carol. I bet you really cheered up your daughter. A teacher is a very difficult job with long hours and dealing with all different types of personalities and learning styles. I know the hard work that is expected, not only when they are at school, but once they get home for the evening, and weekends too. A bright and cheerful package full of surprises would be perfect, especially after a tough week. Thanks for the inspiration. xx
