My Favorite Things Happy Pawlidays and Papertrey Ink Christmas card

Hello friends and welcome to another challenge over at ABC Christmas Challenges

This challenge will run from

February 5 to 29th and is hosted by the lovely

Wilma who has a little prize for you.

This time our themes are

C for Cats
and/ or
D for Dogs

I went for dogs and came up with this card

I used the Papertrey Ink You've Been Framed: Hexagon die for the background and paper pieced the striped paper going in two directions.

The cute little doggie and the sentiment are from the My Favorite Things Happy Pawlidays stamp and die set. I coloured with Copics and white gel pen, and couldn't resist adding some black glaze pen to give him a healthy wet nose. I added some glitter to the hat and finished off with a little heart.

The team have some great inspiration over on the ABC Blog, and you can link up your entry there.

I'd like to play along at

Christmas Kickstart Challenge #28 - red

The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge #64 - anything Christmas goes

Winter Wonderland Christmas Challenge - little friends

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs

What an adorable puppy! Perfectly coloured with just the right amount of bling. Genius to use the patterned paper in two different directions!

OMGosh Carol, this card is simply adorable! I love how you have the pattern paper going in two directions but the sweet puppy is the star of the show. He is just the cutest, you have colored him so beautifully-loving the sparkle on his little Santa hat and his little wet nose. ADORABLE! Hugs, Brenda
